Based on Xinjiang folk songs, this music piece depicts a camel caravan along the ancient Silk Road. It celebrates the natural scenery, rejoices over the caravan’s free spirits, and exults to the jingles of the camel bells. During a rest, the caravan members break into a cheerful dance to lift their spirits and rejuvenate themselves for the journey ahead.
